REVIEW: iBridge by Leef

Let’s talk about that moment  you have the perfect picture to capture, you quickly pull out your phone, think you took the picture but see “Not enough memory”

product review

ANNOYING!  I have an iPhone 5S with 32 GB and still don’t have enough memory between apps, emails, messages and pics/videos. (Good job Apple in making the middle model on the iPhone 6 and 6+ now 64 GB.)

Best solution on the market:  the iBridge from Leef

It’s a mobile memory stick that plugs into your mobile device and gives you an instant memory boost.  The iBridge is for Apple iOS devices (duh) but there is also Leef Access microSD reader and the Leef Bridge 3.0 mobile USB “stick” both for Android devices.

The design on the iBridge was done perfectly! It plugs into the lightning port on the bottom of the device and wraps around to the back, so it’s out of the way and still allowing you to fully function your device with no problems, even if you have a case on.

The iBridge comes in several sizes, 16, 32, 64, 128 & 256 GB’s so there is a nice selection to chose based on what your general needs are for it. (The prices range from $59.99 – $399.99) Yes that can get up there in cost but this device is so small you can fit it in your pocket and if you are like me and do a lot of work on your devices, it’s easier than you can imagine when you start to use it.

Once you plug in the iBridge, your device asks for access and you get this screen through the app (free to download)

What does your phone’s new best friend have to offer?

  1. Transfer files either from your device to the iBridge or from the iBridge onto your device (yes, you can easily dump pictures, videos, documents, music, etc., ONTO your iOS device OR take something from one device and easily put it onto any other device)
  2. There is a content viewer so you can see what you have stored on your handy little helper
  3. You can shoot photos and videos right onto the iBridge so they never weigh down your device’s memory, especially on a trip/vacation..
  4. Take the iBridge and use the USB end of it and plug it into your computer to view and up/download virtually anything!

Summary

Bottom Line – The iBridge is a pocket device that can double if not triple your devices’ memory and make it very easy to go between devices and your computer.
